West Tennessee Healthcare Henry County Hospital Recognized as a 5-Star Cleanliness Hospital by CMS

Paris, TN – September 20, 2024 – Henry County Medical Center (HCMC), soon to be West Tennessee Healthcare- Henry County Hospital has earned a prestigious 5-star rating for cleanliness from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This rating was awarded based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (HCAHPS) surveys conducted between October 2022 and September 2023. The CMS survey measures patient satisfaction with hospital cleanliness and the overall care environment.

This recognition places WTHHCH among the top hospitals in the nation, underscoring its commitment to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for its patients.

The CMS HCAHPS survey is a national, standardized survey of hospital patients’ experiences during their inpatient stay. The most recent data update was on July 31, 2024, and highlights the Paris hospitals’ commitment to ensuring the best possible environment for its patients.
