Ms. Wanda Davis was recently recognized as the Paris-Henry County Volunteer of the Year. As a volunteer with the Henry County Medical Center Auxiliary, Ms. Davis has served many roles, including Treasurer and Manager of the Pink Petal Gift Shop. Her countless hours of selfless work have garnered the attention and highest respect of those around her.

Presenting a plaque for her achievement was Tara Wilson, Volunteer Center Director and Assistant Director for the Paris-Henry County Industrial Committee. Wilson remarked, “It is a pleasure and honor to bring attention to the extraordinary work done by Ms. Wanda Davis. Without the selflessness of her, and other volunteers across the county, many organizations would be unable to provide such vital services to our community. Thank you for your invaluable contribution to Paris-Henry County!”
