Henry County, TN – Henry County Medical Center (HCMC) is proud to donate new First Aid Kits to the Henry County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office. These kits will be placed in each of the three shared courtrooms used by the five Henry County Courts, equipping court security officers to respond swiftly to any medical situations that may occur during court proceedings.
The initiative to secure these kits was led by Mike Wilson, Henry County Circuit Court Clerk, who recognized the importance of being prepared for medical emergencies. “We are greatly appreciative of having these new kits provided by HCMC,” said Wilson. “At times, we have court-related attendees who experience medical situations while attending court, and these kits will be crucial in managing those situations.”
The kits will be utilized by court security officers, supervised by Sgt. Ricky Wade (pictured) and operating under the leadership of Sheriff Josh Frey, to ensure a safe environment for everyone in the courtroom.
“At HCMC, we believe in giving back to the community we serve. Providing these First Aid Kits to the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office is just one of the ways we aim to make a positive impact on the health and safety of our residents,” said Amanda Smiles, HCMC Marketing and Public Relations Director, emphasizing the importance of supporting the local community.
This donation highlights HCMC’s ongoing commitment to public safety and its partnership with local organizations in Henry County.
