PARIS, TN – Henry County Medical Center has several updates related to our rolled back visitation policy.

Beginning immediately, patients who want to pick up their medical health records including any COVID-19 testing will need to call HCMC Health Information Management at 731-644-8432. You will need to provide the date and time you plan to arrive. Your records including COVID-19 testing can also be accessed through our patient portal or you can contact you healthcare provider.

Patients will need to park in the Emergency Department parking lot and walk up to the blue awning next to the Emergency Room to collect their medical health records. Please call the above number when you arrive so that a member of the Health Information Management staff can meet you with your records. Please bring your driver’s license or a form of identification to pick up your records and be prepared to sign and fill out any necessary paperwork.

The hours of operation for Health Information Management are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Additionally, all in person bill payments are suspended at this time. If you need to pay your hospital bill, you can do so online at www.hcmc-tn.org or you can call our Business Office at 731-644-8348 to pay your bill over the phone. The Business Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

There are some cancellations to announce as well with this change in visitation:

HCMC Auxiliary Monthly Meeting – Wednesday, July 22, 11 a.m., HCMC Classrooms
Chronic Disease Management Screenings – Wednesday, July 22 from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m., HCMC Classrooms 2 & 3. If you need your lab work completed prior to next screening, please call the Healthcare Foundation office at 731-644-8215.
Masquerade Jewelry Sale Benefitting HCMC Volunteer Auxiliary – Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31 will not take place at HCMC Classrooms 2 & 3. Another location is being looked at offsite and/or a possible new date.
