Paris, TN – Henry County Medical Center’s Volunteer Auxiliary collected winter wear for the Henry County Family Resource Center during the month of December. The Auxiliary collected warm hats, gloves, scarves, and socks.
With the help of donations made by Auxiliary members, HCMC partners, and community members, they were able to donate nearly 75 items to the Henry County Family Resource Center.
“It warmed my heart to see so many bring in donations,” said Paige Malone, Volunteer Coordinator. “Our hope is that our donation helps keep Henry County warm this winter and we look forward to doing this drive again next year.”
The Volunteer Auxiliary at Henry County Medical Center is comprised of nearly 50 volunteers that serve across the organization. Auxiliary volunteers offer their time, talent and dedication throughout the hospital in patient care and clerical settings. Our volunteers come from unique backgrounds and share the common interest in helping others.
