Paris, TN – Henry County Medical Center proudly introduces four new faces to the executive leadership team. Recent additions to executive leadership positions include: Chief Human Resources Office, Billie McKee; Chief Nursing Officer, Neely Ashby, RN; Charles Dyer, Chief Business Development Officer; and Pam Ridley, Chief Information Officer.
McKee joined HCMC in 2004 as the Director of Imaging as a Certified Radiology Administrator (CRA). She has a Bachelor of Professional Studies from the University of Memphis, a Masters in Health Administration and MBA from the University of St. Francis in Joliet, Illinois. As Chief Human Resources Officer, McKee participates in Strategic Planning and Employment Development. She has direct oversight of areas in human resources, employee engagement, employee relations, risk management, customer services and patient relations. McKee also oversees the Imaging and Diagnostic Center Services as well as Cardiopulmonary Services, Laboratory Services, and Education/Infection Control.
Ashby began her career at HCMC as a nurse in 1996. She later joined the VA, but then returned home to Kentucky Lake Surgery Center. After HCMC’s purchase of the Surgery Center, Ashby led many health initiatives in our organization. She has served as Director of both the Surgery Center and Hospital Surgery. She has created, managed, and been involved with the areas of Pre-Admission Testing, Same Day Surgery, Nursing Leadership, and the Orthopedics Center of Excellence recognition. Ashby is an RN and has a Masters in Nursing Leadership from Western Governor’s University.
Dyer joined HCMC in October 2003 as Director of Pharmacy Services. He has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Dyer expanded the pharmacy into both the retail market and long term care market for increased business and patient satisfaction. As Chief Business Development Officer, Dyer looks to expand current and future hospital business plans. Additionally, he provides oversight to organizational departments including Pharmacy, Rehab Services, Durable Medical Equipment, Home Health, Hospice and Wound Care/HBO.
Ridley joined HCMC in 1985 as a Computer Operator in the Data Processing Department. She was later promoted to the Director of Information Systems in 1988. In this role, Ridley has had oversight of all computer hardware, software, system implementations/upgrades and the advancement of technology usage at HCMC. Under her leadership, the Information Systems department has been recognized nationally for the past 3 years as “The Best Hospital IT Department – Small Division” by Healthcare IT News, a national healthcare magazine. As Chief Information Officer, Ridley now has the added responsibilities for Telecommunications and Corporate Compliance. Ridley graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.
