Paris, TN — Henry County Medical Center announced some key changes and additions to its two primary care clinics – Transitions Health and Eagle Creek Clinic.
Charles Rainbolt, DO, has been named the medical director at both Transitions Health and Eagle Creek Clinic. Dr. Rainbolt has worked as an emergency department physician at HCMC for several years. Dr. Rainbolt will be joined at both clinics by Donna Luther Coley, FNP. Coley has worked at HCMC since 1999 in several different capacities as a registered nurse and later as a family nurse practitioner. Coley will be seeing patients at Transitions Health Mondays and Friday mornings and covering at Eagle Creek Clinic on an as needed basis. Dr. Rainbolt will primarily be at Transitions Health and will see patients at Eagle Creek twice per month.
Dr. Rainbolt and Coley are joined at Transitions Health by Cindy Argo, FNP. Argo came to Transitions Health last fall after spending almost 20 years at McKenzie Medical Center in McKenzie, TN. Samantha Davidson, PA, will be joined at Eagle Creek Clinic. Davidson has been at Eagle Creek Clinic for over two years and previously worked at Fast Pace Urgent Care. She received bother her undergraduate degree and her M.S. in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University.
Additionally, Transitions Health has promoted Marsha Anderson, LPN, to Office Manager for the clinic. Anderson has worked at HCMC for eight years, working previously for Dr. Sumrok for 13 years in McKenzie, TN. Anderson received her Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Bethel University. At Eagle Creek Clinic, Karen Boase is now serving as Office Manager. She is also Office Manager at Paris Pediatrics. Boase was born and raised in Lake Orion, Michigan and has lived in Paris for the past 12 years. She graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. She has worked at McKenzie Medical as well as Paris Pediatrics.
