Paris, TN – Henry County Medical Center is proud to announce that Karen Boase, Office Manager of Paris Women’s Center, was selected as Director of the Quarter at the November Department Directors’ meeting.
Boase was nominated by an administrator for her hard work and dedication to the organization. She has been a major contributor to the success of different vaccine pods since the beginning. She is always available and willing to help with any community event or to cover other clinics in the absence of their managers. She has played a key role in helping HCMC obtain the Rural Health Clinic status for the physician clinics. Boase is a dedicated team player for our entire organization.
“Physician Practices are blessed to have Karen on our team!,” said Kristy Chesser, Director of Physician Revenue Cycle and Project Management. “She is always willing to jump in and lend a helping hand, no matter the circumstances. She continuously has a positive attitude and strives to give her best to HCMC and our community!
Boase was born and raised in Lake Orion, Michigan and has lived in Paris for the past 12 years. She graduated from Oakland University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Elementary Education.
Boase has two daughters, Taylor is 17 and Trinity is 14 and has been in an eight year relationship with Tony Birmingham, who also has two daughters, Justice Parrish and Haley Courcelle, and two grandchildren with another on the way. She enjoys spending time with her family and being active. She also enjoys spending time reading and doing crafting projects.
“I have worked at HCMC for three years at Paris Pediatrics and absolutely love my staff and the other partners that I am blessed to work alongside,” said Boase. “I feel that hard work and consistency are the keys to being successful in most things in life.”
