Saturday, June 20, 2020 12 Noon to 9 p.m. This is a fundraiser for our local cardiac rehab program through the Paris and Henry County Healthcare Foundation! Andy Lundberg's Day Off will be playing outside from 6-8ish. We will have plenty of hand sanitizer and encourage everyone to come early and stake out a socially-distanced spot to hang out and socialize responsibly! T-shirts and masks will be for sale at the event.

Our Chronic Disease Management Program offers screening including total lipid panel, blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI  and A1c.  If a person has a chronic condition , smokes or is overweight, they can join the program for free. Participants are screened every three months and receive education about their chronic conditions.  All patients must be fasting for 8 hours to participate in the screening. Additionally, because of COVID-19 and limited visitation, those wanting to attned must call for an appointment.  This is to limit the number of people in our screening area at one time.  Those attending must wear a mask to the screening and are asked to enter at the HR entrance of the hospital on the bottom level of the hospital.  Staff will be there to let you into the facility and do temperature checks. Our Community Health Screening offers free screenings for blood pressure, osteoporosis, and blood sugar. Total cholesterol along with a full lipid panel screening is available for $10.  All screenings will be performed on-site, using point-of-care fingerstick machines. Results will be available immediately. All patients must be fasting for 6 hours to participate in the screening. Screening will be held at Henry County Farm Bureau on 406 N Poplar Street in Paris.
