Our Chronic Disease Management Program offers free screenings including total lipid panel, blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI  and A1c.  If a person has a chronic condition , smokes or is overweight, they can join the program for free. Participants are screened every three months and receive education about their chronic conditions. All patients must be fasting for 8 hours to participate in the screening. Screenings will be done by appointment only to provide social distancing. Masks are required. Lifeline Blood Drive Monday, November 2 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. HCMC will host a Lifeline blood drive on Wednesday, May 20. Times are 9 am – 11:30 am and 12:30 pm – 4 pm. Please make plans to help out with this blood drive.  Blood supply gets critical this time of year, especially with COVID-19. Those giving blood will not be entering HCMC, but can access the Lifeline Bloodmobile off the HCMC Cafeteria Patio.  All registration will occur at the Bloodmobile. The Lifeline Blood Center has donated a goody bag that will be given away to one lucky donor!!!
