Chronic Disease Management Screening
7:00am - 11:00am
Our Chronic Disease Management Program offers free screenings including total lipid panel, blood sugar, blood pressure, BMI  and A1c.  If a person has a chronic condition , smokes or is overweight, they can join the program for free. Participants are screened every three months and receive education about their chronic conditions. All patients must be fasting for 8 hours to participate in the screening. Screenings will be done by appointment only to provide social distancing. Masks are required. Screening will be held at HCMC Classrooms 2 & 3 For more information on these screenings, to make an appointment, or to join our Chronic Disease Management program, call 731-644-8215 or email tumstead@hcmc-tn.org.

Cardiac and Pulmonary Nutrition Class
10:00am - 11:00am
Nutrition Classes geared to heart and lung health are held on the second Tuesday, every other month at Henry County Medical Center in Classrooms 2 & 3. The class is taught via telehealth by Linda Pennington, a nutritionist with Dietitian Associates, Inc. A HCMC employee will be there to facilitate the meeting. The next class will be held on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at 10 a.m. To register for the class call 731-644-8269.

Masquerade $5 Jewelry and Accessory Sale

Thursday, July 14, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday, July 15, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. HCMC Classrooms 2 & 3 The “Masquerade Experience the Frenzy Jewelry and Accessories Sale” will be back on July 14 and 15, 2022. The two-day event will be held at Henry County Medical Center in Classrooms 2 & 3. The company caters only to hospital auxiliary groups across the south and they are experts at showcasing large volumes of accessories, making a win-win proposal to all involved. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted and 20% of all sales go to the hospital’s Auxiliary.
