Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic at Eagle Creek Clinic

Eagle Creek Clinic at 4201 Hwy. 79 N. in Buchanan will be providing Pfizer COVID-19 vaccinations on Saturday, July 10 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m.  This clinic is for anyone ages 12 and up.

Appointments can be secured by emailing Kelly Winston, Certified Healthcare Executive Assistant, at kwinston@hcmc-tn.org or you can call or text 731-336-6155.  Phone calls for sign-ups will be taken daily between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.  Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are highly encouraged.

COVID-19 vaccines are FREE. Participants will receive a FREE $10 voucher for a local restaurant and a T-shirt.

2nd dose return date will be Saturday, July 31 from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. Participants who return for the second dose will receive an additional FREE gift and be registered to win an Ipad Mini.

Participants are expected to answer a few questions and remain onsite for up to 30 minutes of observation after receiving the vaccine. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  If you have had COVID-19 within the last 60 days, you will not be eligible for the vaccination.  Also, if you have reactions to shots or have allergies, you should consult your primary care provider before proceeding to have the vaccination.
