Older Adult Mental Health Awareness Day – #SilencetheShameTN

One in five people will suffer from mental illness or substance abuse during their lifetime. During May, we want to #SilencetheShameTN and provide resources to help those who suffer in silence.

Pick up a goodie bag of handouts and freebies. Henry County UT Extension, Henry County Family Resource Center, Henry County Health Department, and the Henry County Prevention Coalition are partners in this program.

Additionally, HCMC will be delivering goodie bags to the local skilled are and assisted living facilities in Henry County to promote Older Adult Mental Health Awareness Month.
