Join the HCMC Center for Wellness & Rehabilitation team as they provide an FB event on the many benefits of physical therapy.
The team directed by Debbie Jelks, PT, MSPT, PCS, will discuss the 11 barriers to physical activity and how to overcome them so that you can stay active and reap the benefits of physical activity.
They will also discuss how PT can come into play to assist you and your physical health!
The FB event this month will be a special broadcast pre-recorded but aired on Oct. 22 at 12 Noon.
