You are never too old or too young to begin taking good care of your heart. Taking small steps to follow a healthy lifestyle at any age can help prevent heart disease, and lower your risk for a heart attack or stroke. Start by attending our Heart Health Event to recognize Heart Health Month.

Get a carotid artery ultrasound as well as your blood pressure, full lipid panel cholesterol, and blood glucose by appointment only at our Heart Strong Heart Health Fair. When calling to register, please be prepared to provide your name, phone number and date of birth. Limited appointments available and you must not have had the carotid artery screening performed within the past 5 years. Goodie bags will also be given.
