Join us on Tuesday, April 27 at 12 Noon as Lori Stambaugh, RN BSN, Community Educator at HCMC discusses the various classes, support groups and screenings offered at HCMC. She will also discuss the GrowWell TN program, a Delta Network Initiative Grant from HRSA that allows HCMC to offer pharmacy assistance and chronic disease management to patients in our region.
