Description

Join the Senior Stars on Monday, September 16th at 5:00 PM in the HMCM Cafe’. Anyone who is in the Senior Stars Club (or who is 55 and older and would like to sign up for the club) is invited to attend Dining Out with Senior Stars. The event is held quarterly and includes a free meal as well as a free educational session provided on various topics of interest to Seniors.

At this meeting, we will have the opportunity to learn about HCMC Home Health and Hospice Services. Our guest Speaker is, Hospice Medical
Director, Dr. Stephanie Dunagan MD. Bring a friend that may be interested in joining our Senior Stars Program.
