Concerning Health Lunch to Learn Seminar:  Healthcare at Home

November is Home Health & Hospice month and in recognition of this as well as HCMC Hospice’s 25 years of service to the community, they will be providing a Lunch to Learn on home health and hospice. Discussed will be the differences between home health and hospice care as well as information on how to help make the choice between each service when caring for you or a loved one.
